Loss of Skills

No doubt there still are complaint over the use of calculaters and the loss of aritmatic skills. It seems that with the advent of graphic design software, drawing and sketching skills are suffering.

Fordham Chat

For those of you who do not know it, Fordham University has a chat feature that is a part of Lotus Notes. It is called Sametime. Just go to sametime.fordham.edu, and download the software. When asked for the chat server, put in “sametime.fordham.edu”. This feature is no different than yahoo, aol or microsoft chat except it is exclusive to Fordham and requires a Fordham Lotus Notes ID.
