Duke University gave every single member of their incoming class a brand new ipod. They have done a study, available in pdf format that summerizes the result. You can find the study at;
cit.duke.edu/pdf/ipod_intiative_04_05.pdf
For a very good list of things that Duke is doing with ipods, just use the search feature on their web site and search on keyword ipod.
Being that the ITAC department is having another Technology Day in may, I thought some might find it interesting that Duke University has something similar, they call it Technology Showcase. You can find the highlights at

Because last weeks training seminars on podcasting were so successful, I thought it would be worthwhile to include some links to other educational institutions that are doing interesting things in this area.
MIT - web.mit.edu/ist/podcasts/campusresources.html
Berkeley - webcast.berkeley.edu
Georgetown - www.georgetown.edu/home/podcasting.html
SUNY Binghamton - research.binghamton.edu/podcasts
Being that CK has moved on to something to do with computers or the web or something, I have asked Fleur and she has agreed to get this thing going again.
If anyone has anything interesting that would be related to Instructional Technology, let me know and I will get a post going.
Anyway, here we go!
